1. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, cosmetics, creams, other cosmetics and auxiliary cosmetic goods (e.g. makeup brushes) are not subject to return and exchange.

2. Cosmetics, creams, other cosmetics and auxiliary cosmetic goods can be returned only:
in the presence of a manufacturing defect;
lack of proper information about the product on the label, packaging or in the insert.

3. The buyer will not be able to return cosmetics, creams, other cosmetics and auxiliary cosmetic products in cases of:
inconsistency of the selected color, smell or consistency of the cosmetic product;
failure to obtain the expected effect;
clear evidence of the proper quality of the goods;
the presence of appropriate labeling with all necessary information about the cosmetics.

4. The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods subject to return in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, at any time before receipt, and after receipt of the goods - within 7 days, not counting the day of purchase. Return of the goods of proper quality is possible if its trade dress, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.

5. If the buyer rejects the goods, the seller shall return the value of the returned goods to the buyer, except for the seller's expenses related to the delivery and return of the goods returned by the buyer, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the seller's warehouse together with the return application filled in by the buyer.

6. The buyer is responsible for the safety of the goods and their packaging until they are returned to the seller.

7. Return of the cost of the goods by the seller to the buyer is carried out by the same method by which the buyer paid for the goods.
